At Fusion Loft we have always tried to paradigm shift the way we talk to consumers by making our space atmosphere as comfortable and real-life like as possible. We think it produces better consumer and client interaction, resulting in more honest and deeper insights to grow brand intelligence. This past year has seen an explosion in the kinds of technology we're incorporating into the work we do. Video diaries. Mobile. Online discussion groups. These are just a few of the ways that we're using technology to leverage our ability to truly understand consumers, and bring them to life for you. In 2013, we revamped our space and added ‘stealth’ video cameras which makes videotaping and video streaming much easier – less costly - and higher quality than other traditional focus group facilities.
